Overview
AI Cup 2023 invited teams to build AI strategies for a competitive space-themed game using languages including Python, Java, and C++. The project expanded an existing event mark into a broad communication system.

The brief
The event needed one coherent visual direction across proposals, guides, social campaigns, speakers, prizes, sponsors, team identities, certificates, and a participant dashboard.
The idea
A dark cosmic field, high-contrast typography, orbital imagery, and a color-coded team icon system created a recognizable but flexible language. The editorial pages prioritize information while retaining the event's spatial atmosphere.
My role
I led the nine-person graphic team, directing and reviewing the campaign, editorial, team identity and web UI work shown here. The main event poster is my own design; everything else was designed by team members under my lead. The main logo pre-existed and received a subtle 2023 adjustment.
Ch. 01Team identity
